Introduction.

The Hamlib SDK (JTSDK) is now retired due to changes in development methodologies employed by the WSJT-X Core Developers. It makes these flexible, traditional techniques near unusable.

Details to work with and develop MSYS2 mingw64-based kits are available at https://msys2-jtsdk.sourceforge.io.
